Experts are verified through Nafath, a government-backed identity provider. We store the verification result and a reference ID, not the underlying government ID document itself.4. When information is shared
A question and its answer are private between the customer and expert unless both sides explicitly consent to share it. We share payment details with our payment processors as needed to complete a transaction, and we may disclose information if required by law.5. Data retention
We keep your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to meet financial record-keeping obligations and to resolve any disputes.6. Your rights
